My new logo for recetamenu.com

I was designing a logo for a new site recetamenu.com, the basic colors are only red, black and white with a nice guy face. This site has plenty cook recipes from many kitchener and  cook people.
The first version was drawing with basic letters about receta menu, I was changing the lines, the last compose finished with this funny face.
The best part, I was using a new drawing software and understanding the power of the vectors.
Again, I was using my three favorite colors red, black and white.
The challenge is to complete the necessary images and then understand how to make a site with word press. Which took me a while and try to fit in my design as I want with the tools provided by the application to develop a site. 
Meanwhile, read some formats to improve the design of the recipes saturated my little free time, so benevolent reviews for this logo are welcome in order to improve my drawing work.
